When joining HwCg in March 2006, HwCg advised the team at Evans and Tate that a total review of the entire Barramundi range was necessary. A full research programme on the Barramundi brand and its design was conducted which indicated that the total package of the brand should be addressed.
Consumers wanted something new from the brand; a packaging review was the strongest way to achieve these results. The label needed to be re worked so that it stood out on shelf. They also needed to maintain the quality of wines that are recognised from loyal Barramundi consumers and to capture a new target audience.
The brand has now undergone a complete relaunch, which has refreshed and re-invigorated the Barramundi range of wines, and packaging. The range has been revised to carry a core range of four skus; Semillon Chardonnay, Shiraz Cabernet, Sparkling and a new Rose. |
