Guy spent his early wine career in the retail sector, before joining Castle Growers in 1988 and becoming Sales Director. He formed HwCg with Jim Furze (Hedley Wright) in 1999. Guy is Managing Director and also heads up the sales team. |

Jim Furze
Commercial Director |
After completing a degree at the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester, Jim co-founded Hedley-Wright in 1978, merging with Castle Growers in 1999. He is the Commercial Director of HwCg and heads up the finance, administration and winemaking teams. |
Mike Bishop
Financial Director |
Mike is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience of working in the FMCG distribution sector and dealing with major multiple retailers. He joined HwCg as Finance Director in 2004. |
